Virtual Tours offer unique opportunities to both
Buyers and Sellers. For Buyers there is the ability
to see the home as though you are walking through it.
You can see the exterior, a view of the immediate
neighborhood from the front of the home and a panoramic
view of the interior of the home. You can stop the tour
at any point, zoom in for more detail, go faster or
slower, or reverse direction while viewing the tour.
You no longer have to make showing choices based on a
photograph from an MLS printout or from a magazine.

being at the home. Many listings from $75,000 to
$7,500,000 now have virtual tours as part of their
marketing package. We are committed to this concept.
For Sellers, this year an estimated 37% of all homebuyers
will use the internet as their primary source when looking
